EDX 3000

Benchtop XRF (EDXRF) spectrometer with a Si-PIN detector for precious metals — accurate analysis of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, zinc and nickel in jewelry.
- Si-PIN detector — analysis of Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu, Zn, Ni in jewelry
- Semiconductor electric cooling — no liquid nitrogen
- Built-in HD camera for sample observation
- Digital pulse processor — fast, accurate data processing
- Single chamber, manual lid — safe and convenient operation
- Triple radiation-protection mode
The EDX 3000 is a benchtop XRF spectrometer with a Si-PIN detector for analyzing precious metals. It accurately determines the content of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, zinc and nickel in gold, platinum and K-gold jewelry, and meets the GB/T 18043-2013 resolution requirement. A semiconductor cooling system removes the need for liquid nitrogen, while a built-in HD camera lets you observe the sample during measurement.
Applications
- Quality-control centers and testing laboratories
- Jewelry shops and jewelry-processing workshops
- Pawnshops and precious-metal buying points
- Refineries and precious-metal recycling
