Personal data processing notice (GDPR)

In line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), we set out below the principles on which we process personal data.

We process personal data to handle enquiries, perform contracts, service instruments and meet the controller’s legal obligations. Data subjects have the right to access their data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
