WDX-400

Multi-channel wavelength-dispersive (WDXRF) spectrometer with 10 fixed channels — simultaneous analysis of 10 elements from Na to U, with liquid-sample analysis once fitted with helium purging.
- 10 fixed channels — simultaneous analysis of 10 elements from Na to U
- Standard configuration: Na, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe and P or Ti
- Fast, non-destructive analysis of powders, pressed pellets, glass beads and bulk
- Digital MCA with real-time detection
- Liquid and volatile samples once fitted with a helium system
- Fixed channels with no goniometer wear — lower maintenance cost
The WDX-400 is a multi-channel X-ray spectrometer that can be fitted with 10 fixed dispersing channels and analyze 10 elements simultaneously. Depending on the application, any ten elements from Na to U can be configured; the standard configuration covers Na, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe and P or Ti (optional). It is an ideal choice for quality control in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Applications
- Fast analysis of powders, pressed pellets and glass fused beads
- Analysis of bulk materials
- Liquid and volatile samples (once fitted with a helium system)
- Industrial quality control
What to ask about
Compared with high-power sequential instruments, the WDX-400 reaches sufficient precision at lower power and comparable measurement time, extends X-ray tube life, reduces high-voltage power-supply failures and lowers maintenance cost, while fixed channels eliminate goniometer wear.
