The TDM3000-MS is a Skyray-developed two-dimensional liquid chromatography mass spectrometer (2D-LC-MS). The instrument separates target substances using two-dimensional liquid chromatography and then determines their content by mass spectrometry. In clinical use it qualitatively and quantitatively determines small organic molecules in blood samples — both diagnostic markers (endogenous substances: amino acids, vitamins, hormones) and therapy-monitoring compounds (exogenous substances: therapeutic and toxic drugs). The product is designed specifically for therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM): it overcomes the bottleneck of value traceability and standardization in clinical use and solves the typical problems of conventional LC-MS systems — low automation, complexity and high investment. All parameters meet national metrological requirements.
