ICP-MS2000

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) for micro, trace and ultra-trace analysis of most elements — low detection limits and a wide dynamic range.
- Determination of most elements in the periodic table
- Detection limits at the ppt level
- Wide, multi-order dynamic range
- Simple spectra and low interference
- Fast multi-element analysis
- Series with variants: ICP-MS2000, 2000B and 2000E
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a micro (10⁻⁶), trace (10⁻⁹) and ultra-trace (10⁻¹²) element analysis technique developed in the 1980s. It determines most elements in the periodic table and stands out for low detection limits, a wide dynamic range, simple spectra, low interference and fast analysis. The ICP-MS2000 is a Skyray-developed series, currently in three variants — ICP-MS2000, ICP-MS2000B and ICP-MS2000E — whose performance exceeds national-standard requirements, fully meeting the needs of users across many industries at an attractive price-performance ratio.
Applications
- Environmental protection — water, soil, dust and wastewater
- Food safety and trace-metal analysis
- Semiconductors and high-purity materials
- Pharmaceuticals, physiological analysis and the nuclear industry
What to ask about
ICP-MS combines ppt-level detection limits with a wide dynamic range, letting you determine both major and ultra-trace elements in a single measurement. Contact us to match the series variant and configuration to your matrices and elements.
