GC-MS 6800

Benchtop gas chromatograph–mass spectrometer (GC-MS) — combines GC separation with MS detection for qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic compounds in environment, food and industry.
- Combines GC separation and MS detection — identification and quantification
- In-house GC system with electronic flow and pressure control (EFC, EPC)
- In-house ion source (filament) with high emission efficiency, up to 350 µA
- Single-quadrupole mass analyzer with a pre-quadrupole — less contamination
- Applications: environment, food (residues, additives), RoHS, fragrances
- Broad use: petrochemicals, pharma, forensics, textiles
The GC-MS 6800 is a gas chromatograph–mass spectrometer that combines the separating power of gas chromatography (GC) with the detection capability of mass spectrometry (MS). It determines which compounds are present in a sample (qualitative analysis) and in what amount (quantitative analysis). It is widely used in environmental protection, food safety, electronics, the fragrance and textile industries, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and forensics.
Applications
- Organic-pollutant analysis in air, water and soil
- Pesticide residues and additives in food
- Detection of harmful substances in electronics
- Fragrance and aroma composition analysis
What to ask about
An in-house GC system with electronic flow (EFC) and pressure (EPC) control, a high-efficiency ion source and a single-quadrupole analyzer with a pre-quadrupole provide stability and reduce contamination during measurement.
