EDX6000C

New-generation energy-dispersive XRF (EDXRF) spectrometer with a graphene-window SDD detector — elemental analysis down to fluorine, single- and multi-cup modes, and automated RoHS software.
- Electrically cooled SDD detector with a large-area, ultra-thin graphene window
- Element range extended down to fluorine (F); detection limit to 0.2 ppm in light matrices
- Count rate up to 300 KCPS with 4096-channel processing
- PLC multi-cup chamber (9 / 12 / 20 positions) with auto-rotation for unattended batches
- Dual gas paths (vacuum and helium) for light elements in liquids and solids
- Triple radiation-safety system with XRF 4.0 and RoHS 5.0 software
The EDX6000C is Skyray’s new-generation energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer, combining many testing scenarios in a single instrument. At its core is an electrically cooled SDD semiconductor detector with a large-area, ultra-thin graphene window, paired with a micro-focus X-ray source and an optimized optical path. As a result, the analyzed element range reaches down to fluorine, and the detection limit in light matrices drops to 0.2 ppm.
Applications
- Hazardous-substance control: RoHS, ELV, toy safety, footwear and leather materials
- Environment: soil, solid waste, land remediation
- Geology and mining; alloy composition (copper, stainless steels)
- Plating thickness measurement and control of plating baths and coatings
- Precious metals and jewelry (gold, platinum, silver)
- Petrochemicals, building materials (cement, refractories, glass), feed and fertilizers
What to ask about
Configuration covers the chamber choice — single-cup or PLC multi-cup (9, 12 or 20 positions) with an auto-rotation system — plus dual gas paths (vacuum/helium) for light-element measurement. The XRF 4.0 and RoHS 5.0 software automatically recognizes the sample material and selects the matching calibration curve. Contact us to match a configuration to your application.
