EDX 4500A

Benchtop EDXRF spectrometer with a smart vacuum system and an optional 23-position autosampler — for quality control in mining, metallurgy and inorganic-materials production.
- Smart vacuum system — excitation of light elements (Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl)
- Precise analysis of elements: K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Mo, Zr, Ba
- Optional 23-position arm — high-throughput, unattended measurement
- One-button measurement after loading samples
- Base version available without the sampler
- Applications: mining, metallurgy, steel, geology, refractories
The EDX 4500A is a benchtop energy-dispersive XRF spectrometer with a smart vacuum system that efficiently excites light elements (Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl) and precisely analyzes high-content elements (K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Mo, Zr, Ba). It genuinely supports quality control at mining, metallurgical and inorganic non-metallic materials producers, improving efficiency and cutting testing costs. An optional 23-position mechanical arm enables high-throughput, sequential and unattended measurement.
Applications
- Mining, environmental protection, metallurgy and non-ferrous metals
- Steel, geology and the coal industry
- Glass, petroleum, chemicals and refractory materials
- Machining and coking
What to ask about
A base version (without a sampler) and a version with a 23-position autosampler for high-throughput multi-element laboratory analysis are available. Contact us to match the variant to your scale and element range.
The full technical specification and configuration will be provided in the datasheet PDF.
