- Fully automatic, intelligent flame atomization
- Determination of more than 30 metallic and semi-metallic elements
- Automatic wavelength scanning and peak finding
- Automatic atomizer height/position and gas-flow control
- PC control over a USB 2.0 interface
- Stores analytical conditions for multiple methods
The AAS6000 is a fully automatic, intelligent flame atomic absorption spectrometer developed by Skyray for determining macro, micro and trace metal and semi-metal contents in a wide range of substances. Operated from a PC with clear-interface software, it is simple and intuitive to use. An advanced electronic system and USB 2.0 control provide automatic adjustment of wavelength scanning, peak finding and positioning, spectral bandwidth, the rotary lamp turret, atomizer height and position, fuel-gas flow, lamp current and photomultiplier high voltage. The instrument stores analytical conditions for many methods, which the user can modify as needed.
Applications
- Trace-metal determination — Cu, Zn, K, Na, Au, Ag and others
- Quality control in industry and metallurgy
- Environmental and food testing
- Analytical laboratories
What to ask about
Flame atomic absorption offers a simple design, fast measurement, good repeatability and low interference — particularly favourable for elements such as copper, zinc, potassium, sodium, gold and silver. Contact us to match the lamps and configuration to your determinations.
